    Our little man had his 4th birthday party here and had the most amazing time. All the kids loved it and I would definitely do it all again. Made it easy for set up and had plenty of space. The staff are awesome and helped out in everyway possible.

    Had party booked here. Everything went fine until I tried to offer some feedback to manager. The party apparently included 4 jumping adults free of charge. This was not communicated with us. When I tried to tell the manager this she insisted that it is on all there promotional material. I explained that we booked directly, at the center therefore had not seen their promotional stuff. I told her that her staff could have mentioned this during the two hours we were at the party, considering they supply a party host for 2 hrs. I had also called the day before to confirm numbers. They did not mention it then either. I was simply offering feedback so somebody else doesn't get caught out. Manager could not take constructive criticism.
